I am installing two TVs in the house and want as much wireless capacity as possible, so as to eliminate fishing wires through floors, walls, etc.

There is not a solution that you will likely be happy with. That is why there are custom installers who make a living fishing wires for people in your situation.
I have seen and heard wireless attempts. You'll get audio and video, but the quality will be like watching broadcast TV using the old school bunny ears antennae.
Ok, now for the other side.
YOu can pay through the nose for something like the Sharp Aquos LC-15L1U-S - or just spend that money having an installer run the wires.
