The file name of the video has to be "M4V#####.MP4", this is case sensitive. Replace the #'s with numbers.

How do I download a video to my Sony Playstation Portable?

To download a video to your Sony Playstation Portable (PSP):

Search for a video on Google Video.
On the results page, click the video's title or image thumbnail. If a Download button and a 'Sony PSP' option in the drop-down menu appear on the video's playback page, you can download the video to your PSP.
Select 'Sony PSP' from the menu, then click Download.
Save the video to a location on your computer.
Rename the file to MAQ*****.MP4 (where the *'s are digits from 0-9).
Copy/Move the file to the \MP_ROOT\101ANV01 folder on your PSP memory stick.
