I like to use a program such as Absolute Uninstaller or Total Uninstaller when adding programs to my PC. This prevents untold problems with extra files and registry keys when uninstalling a program. (Especially for a download junkie like me) Does anyone know of any good freeware that can be utilized? I am not against paying for software, but I run enough programs that yearly costs are getting rather high. I also believe that too many software producers misrepresent the initial costs, support, and updates for their programs. There is a great deal of good freeware available, so if anyone has experience with what I am looking for, please let me know. Thnks
has received good reviews:

I use your uninstaller. It is not shareware but probably as reasonable as shareware and it works. I remove the program and the registry file. I have found no problems with it. It really works. www.ursoftware.com.
Thank you for the replies. I will let you know what I do and how it works in the long run.
