creating multiple windows with frontpage 2002

by decrose23 - 4/7/06 2:49 PM

I have an active website which includes links to other sites. Rather than have folks leave my site and hit the back button to come back, I wanted to be able to have the links open another window. For example, I offer the option to upgrade to a newer version of adobe acrobat. If you click the link you go to adobe in the same window that you were in on my site -- I want to leave my site window open and have the adobe window be a secondary window. Can't figure out how to do that. Does anyone know how?

Thanks.

How about using this code

<a target="_new" href="wherever.html">new window</a>

and I think target="_blank" works, too....

This will open a new window without then leaving your webpage.

Hope this helps.
