Adding mulitple calender events to outlook, how

Is there a way programatically to add mulitple appointments at once to the outlook calendar?

I have tried vcs files and draging and dropping the vcs file to outlook. This works but you can drag and drop only one entry at a time.

I want to write 3. Can this be done? Is there a way to tie these entries together?

Is there another way other than vcs file
