Incredimail on XP Home - locking up and mail deleting

I've been using Incrdimail for as long as I can remember but since I recently bought the Premium I've had some strange problems.
For the last year my Incredimail locks up when I close it down, sometimes requiring restarting the computer.
It started right after Incredimail removed their junk mail filter, (which worked well for me) and upgraded it to an accessory item for purchase.
The other problem I found has been the deleting of approved mail and putting it in my delete file. This mail is not spam and there is no reason for this to happen that I could find. I actually contacted Incredimail for solutions to this Premium version and their solutions were still dead ends. I've kept the answers they sent if anyone is interested. I'm still searching for a solution. Maybe these are inherant problems that won't go away.
Has anyone found ways to fix these problems?
My System is a Pentium 4 with a 2 gig processor and a 40 gig drive. (Presario 2800) I use Firefox and IE7 for ISPs. I have Widows 2000 on an XP Home platform.
