Never have I loathed a provider of service as much as I LOATH SPRINT. Their 'sign em up and ignore them' attitude is indicitive of American business these days, and represents the mindset of corporatations that have an immediate and myopic view of profit and customer service. I don't see how Sprint could merge with Nextel, and continue to lose market share to not much better companies. When you aim real low, you don't have much trouble hitting your mark.
Oh, their tech is sound and their phones work. Every other aspect is complete shyte, and they would try to bill you by the minute for that too if they could.
I fear our children will inherit a land of mediocrity.
