Hi,
I recently bought a plasma tv VIZIO 50inches.
I noticed that when picture gets very bright (showing snow etc) tv
produces some noisy electric sound behind. Why is that? Is it regular
for all plasma tv or only this one? if you have any sources please let
me know
Thanks
I PURCHASED MINES LAST YEAR AND IS HAS BEEN AN EXCELLANT PERFORMER. THE ONLY ISSUE (COMMON WITH THIS MODEL) IS THE FAN NOISE TENDS TO BE MODERATLY MORE NOTICABLE THEN OTHERS. IS THIS YOUR EXPERINCE???
I was thinking its fans too at the begining but fans are located on the sides of the tv when sounds come somewhere from the middle bellow. While watching olympics.. i can hear some electris noisy sound.. its not so big but noticable with bright picture. So my assumption is.. it couldn't be fans.
Have you or anyone noticed that? Just turn on some bright picture ad listen it.
THE LOCATION WOULD IMPLY BAD SPEAKERS OR CONNECTIONS. I'VE HAD MINES FOR OVER 6 MONTHS(A FOOTBALL SEASON) AND HAVE HAD MET OTHERS IN THIS FORUM WHO PURCHASED THE SAME MODEL. NONE HAVE REPORTED SUCH AN EXPERINCE. THE REVIEWS I'VE READ SINCE I FIRST MADE MY PURCHASE HAVE BEEN POSITIVE AND WOULD ASSUME THIS IS AN ISOLATED PROBLEM. IF YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE AT A COSTCO, LIKE MYSELF, SIMPLY EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER UNIT.
