How can I add a “Start” Button and a “Click Here” function..

How can I add a “Start” Button and a “Click Here” function in a Flash movie?

I have the movie created with Swish and I would like for the user to click on a button to have the Flash movie to begin and at the end to have a “Click here” area where the user could click to be taken to another document. I’ve seen that but cannot figure it out.

Anyone knows how?
