Go to Apples support web site, you will find a solution much faster as well as much more knowledge about iPods and iTunes in general than you will on this board.
CNET does not seem to be a good place to come for iPod/iTunes help, too much ignorant advice is given. This includes advice given by Moderators who don't seem very knowledgeable about iPod's or iTunes!
