ok..im having so much trouble sychronizing my files to go onto my player (i have a t30)..it took about an hour for me to figure out and fix my computer to get windows media player 10 on it(but i got it) but now i cant get the songs on..it says that there is an error synchronizing the files and it says that the player might not support the type of files..all i have are WMA and MP3 files..i mean i've done everything correct..my computer detected it, i installed the device and it detected it (after forever trying to figure it out), i installed the cd and the firmware update but nothing's working!!!!!!!!!! someone please help me..i would appreciate it so much!!!
I didn't use napster or anything..i used imesh 6!
Try using a reliable music source in lieu of stealing content via IMesh.
I was unable to sync my player (H10) until I installed Windows SP 2 for XP. Once I did that, everything worked. FYI, I downloaded songs from Napster.
