how to trace-monitor internet use
by foozball729 - 12/21/05 10:35 PMHow do i trace or monitor my son's internet use. He uses his laptop to access our internet through our router. What type of software do I need to have to monitor his internet use?

Not through my router
by El Alquimista - 12/22/05 9:54 PM In reply to: track thru router by kwxj61bIt only logs DHCP requests to the ISP and DHCP leases ganted to computers connected to it -- no log of URLs or IP addresses in packets passing through.
Obviously, it can decode these because it can block them -- but it does not log them.
