Shrinking pictures
by maemer - 12/14/05 6:29 PMuse Windows XP...article in paper said to go to Microsoft.com/downloads and use "powertoys" as a search term...to find a utility to resize images...did this and could not find any type utility...any suggestions...so that I can email something small enough...thanks
