Shrinking pictures

use Windows XP...article in paper said to go to Microsoft.com/downloads and use "powertoys" as a search term...to find a utility to resize images...did this and could not find any type utility...any suggestions...so that I can email something small enough...thanks

Paint program. Open your picture with paint and choose image, stretch/skew. Change the horizontal and vertical % to smaller amounts, like 10% or 25%, etc.

maemer, The program you're looking for is ''Image Resizer'' and is available for Free at the Microsoft link below. When you install it all you have to do is right click the image file and choose Resize Pictures. It works great.
