Anyone know about Pentax *istD S2?
by HeyItsJoel - 12/13/05 9:08 AMI'm seriously considering pulling the trigger on this one. I've considered the Canon Rebel, but it's too plasticky and it feels like a toy in my hands. Also the Nikon D50 but not happy about the viewfinder. It too, feels like a toy in my hand.
I'm now looking at the Pentax and the specs are impressive. Plus it's more compact than the others. Also, the opportunity to keep away from the Canon vs. Nikon wars is a bit of a relief. Though, if I had the money, I would spring for the 20D or the D200 in a heartbeat.
Any opinions?
