Office of Senator Barack Obama
Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly | PBS
Sound Opinions To Go - This is a new one. Just started a great rock review show that just came from commercial radio to public radio in Chicago. They have been podcasting to practice for their new show.
WNYC's Please Explain with Leonard Lopate - A final NPR show
Several of these are just repackaged radio. But some that are produced by radio shows, especially the BBC The World's Tech podcast use it as a way to put thing out that they didn't have time for and it really suplements the regular radio show (that I rarely listen to because it is on at abad time.
I listen to:
The Geekcast
DSC
Diggnation
MacNation
TWiT
Of course, buzz out loud
There's a few more that I can't think of right now, but those are my main ones.
PotterCast
MuggleCast
Grace to You
Focus on the Family
Around the World with AIG's Ken Ham
Those last 3 are radio shows, but I find it much more convenient to download them and listen on my timeframe. I have been using my DVR more and more too, so I can set my own schedule instead lf having TV or radio set it for me.
I was interested to read others' lists, and glad to see that I'm apparently not the only Harry Potter fan or Christian on this forum.
Okay, in all modesty, my absolute fave is my own, The Mr. Nice Guy Show, which I warmly invite you to listen to at http://mrniceguy.org/
Others I enjoy...
TWiT
Next Big Hit
Geek News Central
CBC Radio 3 Podcast
5 Minutes with Wichita
Buzz is really high on the list: a real smart, engaging joy to listen to!
