best looking mp3 player?

by yangman88 - 11/26/05 7:43 PM

What do you guys think are the best looking mp3 players out there? Personally, i like the ipod nano, the ipod video, and my friend's Sony NW-407. Please post your opinions and provide pictures, if you can of the players, and of hot girls(just kidding...haha... but seriously...)
Btw, this dicussion is only based on the aesthetic aspects of the players, if you come in here posting about how product XYZ has blah blah features and like 500 hrs on 15 secs of charge, then ur an idiot and everyone will laugh at you.
p.s., please don't turn this into a shouting match, there is no need to get angry, you have your opinions and others have theirs.
Rules: no touching of the hair or face... and thats it! now let's do this!

toshiba gigabeat is the nicest looking player available. the screen alone is just amazing.

hmm

hmm, i think it's kinda odd how you like the black ipods better, woohoo22, especially since i thot the u2 one was SO ugly. But, it could be because i don't like the color black in general...
anyway, the gigabeat does have a nice screen and a good interface, but i nvr really understood why the scree was elongated lengthwise o_0

gigabeat is a great looking player, indeed

huge, high quality screen; that plus- controll thing looks really kool, and the buttonz allined on the side have a blue black-lit. Really kool. Certain capactities also come in brushed aluminum and other luxury looking flavs. too. Oh, and it looks 'together' when it's docked in its included cradle.

Zen Micro is pretty neat. It is supposed to glow when it's charging as if it was breathing. In the dark in looks amazing (check out the video for it on cnet.) Touch sensitive and neat interface.

That does seem pretty "cool".
wat did you mean by "it looks 'together' when it's docked in its included cradle." ?

i think(sometimes)

by woohoo22 - 11/28/05 1:58 PM In reply to: shweet by yangman88

i think he means since the cradle is included, the gigabeat looks 'complete'. I'll have to agree.

i loved my gigabeat, but i returned it, due to the nausea inducing software.

i'll agree the micro photo looks cool at first glance, but wears off kinda quickly.

the new sony line looks pretty nice as well.

yup

thats too bad about the gigabeat, i hate it when a great device is ruined by poor software...

anyway, yeah my friend has a sony NW-E407 and it looks sleek and futuristic, but the olny negative is that its OLED so you can't read it during the day.

m:robe!!

by fireballz - 11/29/05 11:45 AM In reply to: yup by yangman88

I think the coolest looking player is the Olympus m:robe MR-100. It is all touch sensitive with a black body that glows a crimson red. Realllly funky.

yeah, it's nice

by musicman01 - 11/29/05 12:47 PM In reply to: m:robe!! by fireballz

but it is extremely easy to see the fingerprints.

intersesting

hmm... i can't say i've seen that one before, but i does look unique with the red screen. It borrows from the ipod U2 edition too much, but it's not bad for ppl who like dark colors.
