I bought my Monitor back around the first of September. It went bad near the end of the ninety days. I finally got them to return my call to California and finally got a return number. I had to finally go to Tiger and they sent it in for me. Tiger was great in helping me to resolve the repair problem.
During the course of the problem I went to Office Depot and found a Samsung for $229.00. They tols me that if they ever had a problem within the ninety days they generally just replaced the product although it wasnt atated policy. I did without my monitor for about four weeks. It has worked since then. The only problem is that they have not even answered my email requests for my rebate. Tiger did promise to help me get my rebate. It seems that Tiger is good for parts but when it comes to the big items one should stick to really good name brands. This "Fuji Plus" name fooled me too like others. I was thinking of Fuji Cameras. I have had nothing but good sucess with "Fuji" Producs. I think they have been deceptive in their name and should be prosecuted or sued by Fuji for the bad name they are giving Fuji.
Do you have a phone number for them that I mihgt use to pester them to see if I have any better success than you did? Bought mine in september as well. thanks...

Yes, I agree the name is a bit misleading, but the quality of their products for the price they charge is superb. My monitor cost about $250 before rebate a few months ago, 12ms response time, 19" lcd. I have NO dead pixels, for the price the quality of their products are unmatched.
Fujiplus is a manufacturer of various components. For more information on the company and their California phone numbers, etc., go to Fujiplus.com. I purchased my 19" LCD Fujiplus monitor through TigerDirect.com, UPS ground, and it arrived in 48 hours (about 700 miles). Works great out of the box and includes a warranty repair certificate. Also included was a DVI-D cord, about an $80 value.
So far, I'm 100% satisfied with TigerDirect and the product.
I bought a Fuji Plus FP-988 from Tiger Direct. It came in 3 days by UPS ground. Right out of the box it worked. My only complaints are that the connectors are inconviently located between the stand and the monitor so they're difficult to get to. Also the cords they supply are short , probably 4', so don't expect these cords to reach a computer very far away from the monitor. The monitor produced an ok picture out of the box, but I used a monitor calibrator and it looks much nicer. Expect to tweak. There are 2-4 dead pixels center down on the screen that don't scream their ugliness but are apparent when looking at the taskbar. Image quality is good overall.
The overall manufacturing quality appears pretty good. Not great though. I always say that its all junk made in China or Tawain no matter where you buy it from so this monitor is no different. The intergrated speakers are a nice bonus for those who need space but the sound isn't really great, but acceptable for those who aren't picky. I am about to send my rebates now and I'll report whether I get them ($120 total). Tiger Direct has a policy that guarentees the rebates if you make copies of everything for proof. So do so. Overall I give it the whole experience a 7 out of 10.
The manufacturer of Fuji Plus is:
Min Maw Int'l Inc.

If you had rebate fraud, please report to the Federal Trade Commission: http://www.ftc.gov. The FTC does take those reports seriously when a lot of people files the same issue.
I and a friend of mine bought that 19'' LCD monitor from newegg.com with $80 rebate, but none of us ever got that rebate.
Beware of Tiger Direct! I post a long paragraph on their site to give my true opinion of the monitor; however, they decide not to put my msg on the site. If you look at it, many of the comments are positive comments (if not all). Gives you an idea that the comments are filtered to their desire.
On another note, Fujiplus is a no-name brand from Taiwan made up to make a quick buck. It's not related to Fuji or Fuji Films that you're familiar with. Basically, a generic LCD. I bought one. It worked as an LCD should. One dead pixel, I can live with it. Overall, an LCD is an LCD. $200 for a generic; $3-400 for better quality. Get what you're able to pay for.
I got a Fuju-Lus and it works fine, no rpoblems here. It was on the cheap, 19 inch beauty for $200. No problems here, was I supposed to have one?
I bought two of the FujiPlus monitors from Newegg.
Arrived on time, no damage.
Both hooked up to a dual dvi video card and it looks
good to me.
I always make copies of all rebate material. So far, I
have never had an issue with rebates.
I have purchased many, many times from Tiger and Newegg. I have always recieved my rebates back, though
some have taken alot longer than I had expected.
Yes, you do get what you pay for and in some cases it is a bargin.
Using my Fuji-Plus monitor right now as I type this and it works great. It even has these little fishes on the top left corner of the monitor. The design goes great with my system. All black and grey, but I need to change the speakers.
I bought a brand new 17" fujiplus from ECOST.com. First time use, I found the screen blink, I spend $49 to sent back and got a replace one, second one is even worth than first one, Fujiplus asked send back again, they don't pay for the return shipping charge. DON'T BUY FUJIPLUS LCD!!! THEY HAD VERY BAD QUALITY.
Call them at (800) 686-1890 to check on a Fujiplus rebate.
This "company" is a group of charlatans.
I'm trying to receive the rebate for the 19" LCD monitor for almost 10 months.
When you call their California office they either assure you that the check has already been sent or it will be sent in a few days. It's all lies.
The monitor itself is extremely bad.
NEVER BUY the products from FUJI PLUS!
