Ok, quick & simple: Paid $400. for Kodak LS443, (junk, lemon, crap...)
Kodak says: Send us the LS443 & $125. and we will send you a ''NEW'' DX7630 for your troubles.
DONE! Receive ''new'' refurbished cam w/ lense falling off, desperate, we look the other way as it takes great pictures (6.1mp).
3 weeks later, it stops working, per kodak it's sent to ''Teleplan-Dallas'' for repairs.
They inform us it's unrepairable do to corrosion. Kodak says send $160. and we will give you another refurbished to replace it. Teleplan says if we dont we owe them $35. for diagnostics.
Husband says that corrosion takes a while to accure. Not 3 weeks.
Kodak has now left us hanging and we cant seem to get anyone to give us answers, in the mean time I bought a wonderful Sanyo Xacti, its a tapeless CamCorder/Digital Cam/Web-Cam...I love it (what CANT it do) 5MP stills and great sound w/ zoom, small too!
Tapeless?:
Yea, I can only record about 30 minutes on SD card but who wants to watch more than that of ''little Buffords 5th b-day party''?
Anyone have have solution re: Kodak?
Please let me know,
Thanks, Tara
