Just checking to see if anyone else has had this problem. On 10/9/2005 I downloaded Registry Repair Pro.
Paid by Credit Card, printed receipt, etc. Everytime, I use it, an error message tells me that I can only repair 15 problems until I purchase. As I stated above I have purchased, e-mailed company to no avail.
Please help if this has happened to anyone else.
Thanks
JANN74
I do not have this program but have downloaded at least six shareware utilities and paid for them, and they have all sent me an email with my registration code included. Although sometimes this is sent via a third party, the application reference is clear. Check that this has not occurred and you have missed the authorisation.
Paul,
I have the receipt that they ask me to print, with an order number, etc. A couple of days passed and the Buy Now was still showing up. I e-mail them then and got a reply that it would take a few days to get it straighten out. Well I just think from 10/9 till 10/17 is enough days. Did it take that long for your authorization to appear?
Thanks

I have had no experience with this company. However, this is usually a ruse to get you to pay for it three or four times. I have had experience with other companies with similiar results. I suggest you call your credit card company and have them bill them back. You may get a reply then. However,I doubt it.
I wrote a nasty letter to Registry Repair Pro and guess what, they have given me credit on my credit card. Even though it still says BUY and won't delete but 15 bad stuff - But Whatever
Thanks you'll

I use Registry First Aid but I will give this a try.
i have a confirmation ID for them for a 10 day free trial, if you'd like to try it. post back here an email or something
Hi they should have sent you an email with user id and licence key. With progam runing goto licence and inputing information should let the progam see you as licenced user.

This is the second of two emails I got from them when I first asked for help. The problem was resolved within 24 hrs. Be sure you are sending your email request for help to the email address below - and try putting ATTN: Stephanie in the subject line since she helped me in a flash.
Not only did 3B software let me transfer my old subscription to a new computer after the old computer crashed last March, the problem to which they were responding in the email below was one that was created by ME.

You people are lucky, I just purchased aprogram that proved be bad download, error messages, even some of print moved, scared heck out me--never had that happen before. I ordered it by credit card, I took it out and went to tech support which did not answer for two days, seems they only answer on business days and he informed me me what I had to do and they do not make refunds other wise I would be put on their black list etc--for 4 days now that tech person keeps telling me what do--I have NO software I purchased, now I have another program this company which I purchased through CNET PC Magazine rating and it been wonderful--but if I try stop credit card payment on this--I am blockaded out because they have a demo and I never used it--I never saw any offer of Demo. I don't know what to think--I have no service and his tech person keeps telling what to do on program etc and tells me NO refunds. It is scary. Any complaints they ignore--I am supposed be using program I don't have. I can't access an answer --I have decided best thing do is use discs for ones programs hereafter...and I will be more careful who offers it.
