Hello:
I would like to be able to 'freeze' a frame from a DVD on my television set and then convert it to a photo in a JPEG or GIF format. I have several different software packages (some of which came with this computer, an HP Medicenter Model m7170n, to which I've added n additonal 1GB RAM, and a second HP Model 640i DVD Writer) including Adobe Premeir Elements v. 3.0, Muvee, Sonic, and NIT Titanium, but I'm not really skilled enough to know how to do this or whether it's even possible. I have several DVD's with transfers made from a JVC Mini-DV camcorder I'd like to create photos from. I need to be walked through how to do this, if it's possible. Many thanks!
