Shame on CNET for not keeping up to date or offering a feedback scoring system for this software (if they do I am sorry that I am too dim to find it). Spyware doctor not only did not clean up my spyware problem after following their instructions carefully and repeatedly, but their sales support is extremely slow in responding and their tech support is non-existent!!! Five business days after being told tech support will contact me (one day of waiting for sales support to even respond to tell me tech support will contact me) and still no response!!! I do not think this is a legitimate company, or if it is, shame on CNET to give is such a high rating! Now we will see if I really get my money back!

Sorry, I was so irritated with Spywaredoctor that I could not find the review forum. But what does confuse me is a five star "see our review" link. When linked it shows "null" for your review, but why it is a five star icon is a mystery to me. BTW, it looks like Spyware Doctor's user review score is falling. No wonder.
brewster1, you said, ''Shame on CNET for not keeping up to date or offering a feedback scoring system for this software (if they do I am sorry that I am too dim to find it)
I personally don't read reviews. We all do things differently. I see you are new to CNET. This advice might be of help to you. On top of this page is a box that says, ''Search''. If you were to enter ''Spyware Doctor'', you would find a thread such as this
http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6132-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=63607&messageID=754302
and pages of links to countless threads, where you might read other peoples opinions. While you may not know the people who are offering their opinions, you'll certainly get a flavor for how the majority feels.
It's just a thought...

PS In addition to the Search box feature on top of the page, you can also utilize this (http://cma.zdnet.com/texis/forums as a search function for CNET posts.
thanks for your help.
I use or have used Microsoft Antispyware beta, Spybot S&D, Adaware etc. SpywareDoctor ID'd keyloggers and other malware that the others didn't. I am sold on SpywareDoctor.
Yes, I am sure it works for some, yet my experience was horrific and inexcusable (in fact they still have not given me a reason for their tech support never contacting me). What was once a 5 star service is now 3 and a half from reviewers. I am currently using microsoft spy and ad-aware which are truly FREE, even for clean-up, while Spywaredoctor is not (only for scans).
