Fujitsu LifeBook P1500D Notebook

by chercorm - 8/11/05 3:53 PM

I am seriously considering purchasing this notebook. Does anyone have any info about it? Its a touch screen tablet, which I am thinking about to replace my PDA.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Consider the P1510 instead

Hi, I've been looking at these tiny notebooks too. There's a slightly newer version of the P1500D out. There a review at this link:

It sounds like they just love it and that it is significantly better because it uses an Intel Pentium Centrino processor instead of the Transmeta chip. The fact that it's a tablet PC with a screen you can write on it very cool. They said it doesn't have Windows XP Tablet Edition though. It sounds like a good choice. Personally I want a 12inch screen instead of the 10inch screen. That's why I'm leaning toward the IBM/Lenova X41, even though it's about a pound heavier.
