I am useing Windows XP Pro.
I have used incredimail free version for over 3 years. I have never had any problems with it. I use 2 hard drives. Some of the programs on my slave were downloaded when I had Windows 98.( I don't think this has anything to do with my problem.) But it says to tell everything.
MY Problem is:
I have several saved incredi letters. They will not open correctly. When I try and open them, all I get is a new letter to be sent out. No way to see them except to switch them to notepad. That way I can atleast see the text.
I hope someone can help me.
Thank you in advance.
...searching the Incredimail "Help" articles. Here's a link:

Although Incredimail isn't my favorite forum of e-mail, some folks like all the extra "doo dads". Unfortunately, Incredimail doesn't provide a great deal of support when something goes wrong with their product.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Grif.
That did help me with one of my problems. I had not put it in a Question. But you telling me to search Incredi. did find that problem. But so far I it didn't help me with the origional problem. But I will continue searching there.
But do hope others will also reply here.
Maybe Incredi. won't answer Q.
Thanks again Grif.
Did you save them to the other hard drive or removable disk and are now trying to recover them? If so, you may need to "import" them from the other location into the Incredimail folders for actual viewing.

Hope this helps.

HI Grif
What I usually do is save them to my desktop, to make sure they will open. Then I usually put them in a folder in my Docs. But since they won't open I have left them on my desktop. The problem may be that this newer version of Incredi. may not want you to save to another place. It may only want the letters kept in the Incredimail folder.
I just went to try and import the 2 letters I have on my desktop. Incredimail doesn't even let me look there. Can you give me some tips?
From now on I wont save anything except to a folder in Incredi.
This is frustrating.
Thanks.
....then move the messages to a folder that Incredimail WILL allow...Maybe "My Documents", etc. It seems strange the program wouldn't allow you import from almost anywhere....Make sure there isn't a "drop down menu" in the Import box which would allow you to browse to anywhere on the computer...Just a thought..
As I mentioned before, I don't use the program so I'm not much help...If others on these forums don't have any additional suggestions, your main resource will probably be Incredimail support.
Hope this helps.
