SimonCells stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by dannyeller - 7/7/05 5:56 PMI ordered a I-Mate PDAK2 from SimonCells after following a link from CNET. I paid them in full that night on June 21st to include expidited shipping. Two Days later after making several email inquiries on whether or not the PDA had shipped I get a phone call from SimonCells stating that their shipment of PDA2Ks had been delayed. I told them to cancel the order as it still showed on their website that they had it in stock and I was not interested in waiting. That was on June 25th. They sent me a email verification stating that the order had been canceled. On June 27th SimonCells STOLE $821.42 from my account.
Although they have stated that they credited my account on July 5th I still don't have my money back.

I had my order cancelled, but so far, after a couple of phone calls and emails, I still have not received my refund. I have not choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card company, my order no is SC-46085, here is the email I received:

Very very bad experience, be very very careful before you decide to buy something from them.
SimonCells Uses Bait and Switch

Ordered Krusell case and was sent an off brand case instead. Was told that they did not have the Krusell case that I wanted, so they sent another brand to me so I didn’t have to wait!!! Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to see if this was okay. NOT even similar in quality. Contacted numerous times. Put on eternal hold when I actually talked to someone….. Never picked up phone again. Left messages when they didn’t answer calls – CALLS NEVER RETURNED. Finally was told that a return authorization number and information on how to return the incorrect case would be e-mailed to me. SURPRISE!!!! Never Received The E-Mail. Be careful when dealing with these guys.

They have not done anything for 1 week. When i called them they cancelled my order without asking any question and i doubt if they are really doing any cell business. After seeing this review i doubt if money will be credited back.
why are you guys patronizing such places?

Saving a lousy $100 isn't worth the hassle. Even a quick glance at their reseller ratings tells you they should be avoiding like the plague.
