Does anyone know for sure? I called my local VZW store but they had no idea.
Thanks
Circuit City supposedly has it now on sale even before verizon wireless even advertises it!
Here is the link to their promotion. (Copy and paste into browser)

It came out today for $99. Verizons LG vx-8100 is slated for July 10-12 according to a authorized agent that is recieving them at that time.
The Motorola E815 is now available from Verizon in the Chicago Market as of 7/5/5. So far from playing with it, it seems to be a V710 on crack with a couple of the 710's bugs worked out of it such as the slow processing speed between applications.
I'd rather have a year-old Nokia like the 7610 which has been doing everything this "new" Moto does and then some(I won't even insult the new Nokias by comparing a Moto to them). Of course most people here don't have the slightest clue about a cell phone, like Nokia's have the best reception and the most features, but just want a "flip" phone. It's kinda like the so-called Itunes phone: I have over 100 songs on my Nokia 6620 and have for been playing MP3s in stereo, using BT to send them from my pc, since last October but people here think "wow, a phone that can play MP3s."
They said it's due to them by the end of the week.. so the rest of us very soon? (in Arizona).
I wonder when the LG 8100 is due (seems to be the parallel competition?!
