Windows Mobile 5.0 and Bluetooth

With so many states banning the use of cell phones in vehicles without handsfree devices, is Microsoft going to support OEM Bluetooth Car Kits with 5.0? 2003 certainly does NOT support Carkits such as dialing from the car or hearing the call through the speaker system!
