my n200 mp3 has been workin just fine over the last few months. however, just as i inserted a new AAA battery into the mp3 the other day, it turned on, except after showing the 'muvo' sign it automatically turned off.It was a perfectly new battery and i have not experianced this problem before.I switched the battery with another one, and again the same situation happend, i kept trying to switch it on over and over again - no result.I don't know weather this problem can be solved. if it could, can you please let me know: where, how and if any prices are included. I am not willing to fix this mp3 player if the cost of it is going to be over the origianal price of the actual mp3 player! please can you get in touch as soon as possible!
It sounds as if the unit may have been turned on when you replaced the battery and its firmware is a bit screwed up. Have you tried connecting it to the computer?
I had the same problem and it turned out to be the firmware. Get the latest firmware update at Creative website and problem solved!
