I use 3

by dlyle - 5/9/05 8:28 PM In reply to: POLL: What Mouse Do You Use!? by AuBrEy Online

I use 3 - Microsoft IntelliMouse - PS/2 connected, Fellowes GlidePoint Touch Pad - Serial (PS/2 adaptable), Fellowes Micro Trac - USB (PS/2 adaptable). The Micro Trac is a mini trackball that you wear on your trigger finger, it allows you to sit back & surf. I bought it at WalMart for $18 US. There is also an on-line offering called the "Rocket Mouse" by Ergo-Touch for $29.95. Http://www.rocketmouse.com I think it might be made for them by Fellowes as it looks identical to the Micro Trac

Logitech Trackman Marble

by digitor - 5/10/05 3:08 AM In reply to: POLL: What Mouse Do You Use!? by AuBrEy Online

It is a trackball that is very fast and user friendly. It has 3 programable user buttons and a scroller wheel in the middle of the center button. Naturally, I do not need a mousepad, but I have one anyway to support my wrist above the trackball on a raised bridge. I find a trackball is easier to find and takes up less space since it does not move.

mouse use

I don't use a mouse!
I use the Logitech wireless trackball. I have limited desk space and a traditional mouse is just too fiddly to use. The trackball stays put and my thumb does the moving on it's oversized upside down mouseball. Being wireless, there's no mouse tail trailing across the desk.
Six years old, no mouse mat, and no dirty mouse ball!

Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0

by flatlandred - 5/11/05 2:25 PM In reply to: POLL: What Mouse Do You Use!? by AuBrEy Online

I had a corded Itellimouse Explorer but wanted to be free of my desktop so I bought a Logitech MX700. I didn't like the feel of it as much as my Itellimouse and I hated the scroll wheel, so I gave it to a friend and bought a Microsoft Wireless Natural Multimedia Keyboard/Mouse combo.
I'm very attached to both (pun intended).

Mouse...

I use a Logitech MX510 Optical gaming mouse. 800dpi, 5.8 megapixels. I do a decent amount of gaming, but I also do a lot of web browsing and things of that sort. The forwards/backwards buttons are amazing! I want to go wireless, though. The only thing that's keeping me from a G7 is the lack of the forward button, and a Revolution isn't really meant for gaming, though it could do the job. Revolution feels amazing in the hand, by the way.
