E-mail, chat, & VoIP : cannot access access yahoo mail/hotmail

cannot access access yahoo mail/hotmail

Hi,
My sister said she cannot access yahoo web mail any more. once she enters username/password, she gets a msg very fast, then get a blank page. for hotmail, she gets the headlines of msgs, but cannot click on the msgs. She had some virus before on her laptop. but she cleaned it out. I asked her to use spybot and it cleaned out some more stuff. but still cannot access any of the webmails. She cannot even get to her school's webmail. so, anybody has a clue what is going on?
