Which is the better way to go a cassette adapter or a fm transmitter that plays through radio stations? I was considering using a Belkin FM tramsmitter from Best Buy but am concerned about reception? Advice Please.
Also, can any cassette adapter be used (i.e. the portable cd play car tapes)?
I started out using iRock as a FM transmitter. It requires battery and is limitted to only 4 chanels (88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.9). Overall it doesn't do the job well. So
I decided to look for alternative and switched to iTrip. It is wireless, portable, and only uses a litte amount of iPod battery. You get full range of FM chanels from 88.1 up to 107.9. It is worth the money.
Although, I heard that the "TransPod" and "iCarPlay Wireless" are very good too. Happy iPoding
I tried both, the cassette was the best option ,no interference,no background noice, the best music quality.
FM is not the option, there is too much background noise. i recommend the Sony one:

never had a problem. (of course you can get it cheaper than this-shop around.)
