About 6 months ago I bought an Panasonic 42" plasma (th-42px80u) and 3 days ago I found out than it has a green pixel, which is always green unless the background is black. I belive it is and stuck pixel, instead a dead pixel, but everything I read on internet is for LCDs not plasma.
What can I do do unstuck it?
Is there some sort of 'white wash' tool meant for fixing burn-in? That might set the pixel right.
I do have a white bar which move around the screen, but I let it run for about 8 time but nothing. Should I leave it for a long time?
I'm no plasma tv expert, but Panasonic has people that are. Here is the link to access their FREE Concierge Service.

They shold be able to answer this question.
Thanks, I'll contact them.
No screen is perfect. Put a tiny spot of black ink on it and you will never notice it again!
You may try putting a bright fast action flick and let it run through a few times.
As another poster stated, Panasonic has a customer service link for their concierge service, which they heavily promote, and this information is given with every Panasonic TV that is purchased and listed on their website. Just curious why you didn't contact them first?
I'll do what Hi-def Jeff said. About Panasonic support, I didn't contect them before since I didn't knew, but when it was prompted here, I tried to contact them, but for Panasonic, Puerto Rico isn't part of the United States.
Gracias.
