Epson 8400 won't recognize cartridge
by Jane917 - 11/6/09 4:31 PMI have had my Epson a couple of years ago. When I went to change the black cartridge today, I kept getting the message that the printer cannot recognize the cartridge. I kept installing and re-installing it. I took out all the color cartridges and reinstalled them too. The same error message keeps appearing. Any suggestions?
