MS Entourage Problem
by ecommerce3590 - 5/17/09 7:32 AMI have been using Entourage for several years now. Every so often, my client program retrieves old, already received messages resulting in a lot of duplicates in my inbox. It often happens when I am traveling with my Powerbook.
Any ideas on how to get past this? Also, I cannot find a way within Entourage to rid a folder of duplicate messages.
When that happens I research the LEAVE ON SERVER option.

I have always used the Leave on Server option ON, because I need to access the messages from two computers, both running Entourage. So I don't see how researching that will help.

I find people complain about dupes.

Maybe you are asking for Microsoft to fix this bug? I'm not Microsoft so your next call is to?
