My grandson has a modern laptop running Vista Home Premium and Internet Explorer. In nearly all ways the computer functions as expected but there is one small but annoying glitch.

When starting up the computer displays a window headed "Google Eng User Licence Agreement" and it explains below that "this program cannot display the web page"

There is no information as to the name of the program that cannot display some unknown web page nor does it give the URL for web page that cannot be displayed by the unknown program. Finally there are no boxes on this page that can be clicked to get rid of it neither can it be minimised.

The only solution we have found to remove it from the page is to drag it out of sight.

I have tried using Crtl/Alt/Delete but I cannot recognise any program or process that I should delete.

Can anyone come up with a permanent solution?

Thanks
