Hey guys. Im very interested in computers and have been since I had one since I was little. Things like coding and security flaws always tend to get me excited. But I feel like Im behind because Im 15 and I dont even know a full scripting/programming language when other kids around my age know multiple.
Its not because my lack of interest but rather not an efficient and stable source for me to keep learning from I guess. Reading from books is just not getting me anywhere without the hands on experience.
What I wanted to ask mainly about was security systems though. I dont know what Id like to be exactly but it is most likely around the computer security field. I heard about a position called Network Security Administrator.
From what I understand they basically are essential to keep companies' information safe.
I would like to know:
What other jobs revolve around security that are on high demand and maybe an exciting career?
What does that particular job focus on?
What programming languages do you suggest for security systems?
How could I start learning some security basics?
What else could I do to further develop my interest?
Thanks for your time as always
