laptop problem dv2718us no post was working beffore.
by marcink99 - 11/7/09 1:12 PMOk so i got this laptop dv2718us. I took it completely apart to clean cpu heatsink. It included taking out the motherboard. During this process i broke power button(3 wire that were connected to it fell off) I took this part to the tv repair place and had 3 wires resoldiered back into the place. After puting laptop back together it will not post and make no beeps i get no screen at all. It will turn on with all the leds on run couple seckonds and turn off.I tried remowing all hardware from it hard drive/ram/wifi/cdrom and it will still no post or make any beeps.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

I fixed it by reflowing nvidia chip
