Can't find your TV?

by katzmaier ModeratorCNET staff - 3/6/09 7:14 AM

Sorry, but I don't have settings here for every TV.

If you can't find your TV in a search, chances are I don't have them. If that's the case, you have a few options:

1. Search using just the manufacturer name and find the model that seems closest to yours, and try those settings.

2. Check one of the "other sources for HDTV settings" linked to the left. Perhaps you'll be able to find settings for your TV there.

3. Post a "settings needed: MANUF MODEL" thread and ask the community for some help. Perhaps someone out there can suggest settings for you.

4. Try DIY. The "DIY: HDTV tune-up tips" link to the left has some suggestions on how to get started.

One final note: If you can't find your set's settings, please don't email me to ask for them. I promise, I don't have them

Thanks!

David
