SAFETY RECALL - SPH-a120 and SPH-a110 cell phones

by Samsung_HD_Tech Samsung staff - 5/27/09 4:49 PM

From the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission:

http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09744.html

This recall involves “Jitterbug” cell phones model numbers SPH-a110 and SPH-a120 with standard key pads and version BB14 software. No other Samsung wireless phones or software versions are included in this recall.

I wanted our C|Net forum members to be aware of this, and will ask you to refer any questions regarding this issue to (866) 304-4980.

I will not be making any statements or fielding questions on this matter (as I'm a spokesman, but... not a "spokesman", right?), but I believe in bringing this matter to the attention of our forum members who might be affected to best serve you, our customers.

Thanks for your continued support.
