Disappearing Items on Vista Toolbar
by skiser - 11/11/09 3:34 AMHello,
I have Windows Vista and the sound icon and internet icon on my toolbar in the lower right hand corner have disappeared. I have installed updates and even restarted/shutdown my computer many times without seeing these icons reappear.
Any help would be mych appreciated.

Try this;
Right click the Taskbar and select Properties. Open the "Notification Area" tab, and make sure that Volume and Network is selected in the list. You can also click the Customize button, and check through the list there.
