Getting replacement DVDs

by msoucy - 11/3/09 7:28 PM

I have a box set of Star Trek the animated series on DVD. One of the DVDs is damaged and will not fully play. Does anyone know if it is possible to get replacement DVDs from Paramount? I've gone to their web site, and did not find any way to contact them. I was hoping someone out there might have had a similar issue, and found a way to contact Paramount.

Since Paramount

is now part of the Viacom group, perhaps you can contact Viacom with your problem;

I have to say that DVDs fail, and sometimes we just have to bite the bullet and purchase them again. Or are you saying that the DVD never worked? If that's the case, then may be return it to the store you got it from. They should have a return and replacement policy.

DVD replacement

I'm not really sure if it ever worked. I got the DVD box set as a gift a couple of years ago, so I don't think I could return it. I would hate to have to buy the whole box set for just one DVD. I did happen to see the box set at my local Wal-Mart for $19.99 though. I think I'll try the link you posted and see what happens 1st. Thanks!
