I recently moved to an area where only relatively slow internet service is available. Are there any tweaks I can do to my computer to reduce the number of times videos pause to buffer? My HP PC has Windows XP, plenty of memory. Generally the players are embedded in the sites, so I'm not sure there's much I could do the players even if there were something to do.
Thanks, any help is appreciated.
Streaming is wholly dependant on the speed of the internet connection, and if you have a slow connection there is nothing you can do about that.
What I used to do when I had a slow connection was to leave the video as it was, and wait for all the streaming and buffering to complete before watching it.
